UB.com Cancels Aruba Poker Classic

PartyPoker.com Women’s World Open IV Dates, Partial Field Announced
On Tuesday, PartyPoker.com announced the dates and half the line-up for the PartyPoker.com Women’s World Open IV, which will be produced by Matchroom Sport, the same production company PartyPoker.com worked with on the PartyPoker.com Premier League. PartyGaming Releases 2009 Financial Results; PartyPoker Revenues Fall
PartyGaming PLC, the parent company of PartyPoker, reported its annual financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009 last week. All told, PartyGaming brought in net revenues of $444.7 million, a 6 percent decrease from the $472.9 million in net revenue in 2008.

Annie Duke Wins 2010 National Heads-Up Poker Championship
Annie Duke won the first and third matches in a best of three series against her good friend, Erik Seidel, to win the 6th annual National Heads-Up Poker Championship (NHPC) Sunday. On the same night that Kathryn Bigelow became the first woman to win the Best Director Oscar (for The Hurt Locker), Duke became the first woman to win the NHPC.
