Topping Last Year’s Total

Last year’s winner of the $5,000 buy-in Main Event was the German player and poker coach Benjamin ‘bencb789’ Rolle. He took home a top prize of $3,900,707 a year since he came eighth, after a prizepool of $28,314,750 in 2025 created by a field of 5,961 players. In 2026, the $25,000,000 guaranteed prizepool is expected to be exceeded and may even reach $30 million this time around.

GGPoker’s 2025 WSOP Online Series saw more than $354 million won by players who took to the online felt. Just like last year, many of the event son this year’s ticket come with a big guarantee. The $300-entry Gladiators of Poker Event #2 kicks off on August 17th and has a massive $3 million guarantee.

The $500 Mini Main Event comes with a $5 million guarantee, while another $5 million at least is on the line in the $1,500 Millionaire Maker event, where the winner will take home at least $1 million. Last year’s winner was the Swedish professional Simon Mattsson, who outlasted 5,919 other entries to take home the bracelet and a top prize of $1,271,600.

One of the most fascinating fights for supremacy will come in the $10 million guaranteed $10,000 GGMillion$ High Rollers event. Last year, Brazilian player Rodrigo Selouan topped 1,484 entries, winning the WSOP bracelet and a massive $2,003,850 up top.

Added Money on Offer

With 33 WSOP events on the schedule, GGPoker have also added $5,000,000 to the prizes on offer. Giving away that amount as added value, the 2026 WSOP Online will award a $1,000,000 Super Pass Bonus which adds a $30,000 Super Pass to whatever top prize is collected by each gold bracelet winner. The Super Pass awards direct entry into the $25,000-entry Super Main Event at the 2026 WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas in December, along with money towards expenses and travel to get there.

Another $1,000,000 is up for grabs in the Ranking Freeroll. Each of the top 10 nations represented at the felt on the series leaderboard will see players from their homeland eligible for the country-exclusive freerolls, with each freeroll’s different prizepools allocated by way of each country’s final finishing position.

Finally, $3 million dollars-worth of ‘Continental Flipouts’ will see all GGPoker players put into four global regions of The Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Eurasia. The luck-based flipout events will be held with each winner’s region welcoming players into a tournament with prizepools of up to $250,000 during the 2026 WSOP Online series.
