WSOP.com to Host Fall Poker Festival from October 25

The WSOP.com will soon host the Fall Poker Festival for poker players located in Nevada and New Jersey. The event will be hosted separately in the two states as New Jersey has not yet signed a liquidity sharing pact similar to the one signed by Delaware and Nevada.
Scheduled to start on October 25, Sunday, the event comprises a tournament per day and will last for eight days till November 1.

While the event in New Jersey offers a guaranteed prize pool of over $60,000, the festival in Nevada guarantees a larger prize pool of $80,000. In both states, the festival will reward the winners of the Main Events with championship rings.
The Main Event is scheduled for November 1, the last day of the festival. While it features a guaranteed prize of $30,000 in New Jersey, it features a guaranteed prize of $35,000 in Nevada. Both the Main Events permit add-ons and re-buys and have a buy-in of $200.
The first event of the festival will be a $12,000 guaranteed, $200 buy-in No Limit Hold’em with re-entries. It will be played in New Jersey on October 25, marking the beginning of the Fall Poker Festival. The same event will be played in Nevada too, but with a guaranteed prize of $20,000.
There are six tournaments between the first tournament and the Main Event, but they are not the same for Nevada and New Jersey. However, players can rest assured that the festival in both the states is packed with exciting poker action with great prize pools.
Although New Jersey players will be playing for prize pools that are smaller than those in Nevada, they can take part in a promotion that is not available to players in Nevada. Called Happy Hours, this promotion will be available from October 11 to October 25.
The hours between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. are Happy Hours because they give players the opportunity to enter a draw for free tickets to tournaments with buy-ins of as much as $200. Players receive one entry to a draw for every APP earned in the Happy Hours.
The draws will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from October 12 to October 26. Every day, one ticket to a $200 buy-in tournament, three tickets to $10 buy-in tournaments, and three tickets to $1 buy-in tournaments will be awarded. To increase their chances of winning, players have to earn more APPs.
