Internet gaming software giant, Cryptologic, announced last week that its subsidiary Wagerlogic, has agreed to terms with popular online gaming firm, William Hill, keeping the company on the Cryptologic network for three more years.

The terms of the contract do not differ greatly from their previous agreement, although William Hill will receive lower marginal rates for increases in its gaming activity. William Hill, of course, expects to see increased business in the coming years, but this part of the bargain is a welcome incentive.

The two partners have also launched a Spanish language poker site in an effort to extend William Hill’s reach around the globe. William Hill and Cryptologic already have a Greek site under their belts.

Said Lewis Rose, Cryptologic’s President and CEO, “Spain is one of Europe's biggest poker markets and the country is embracing Internet gaming. Europe is an increasingly competitive market, so we'll continue to give our licensees an edge and distinguish CryptoLogic as the software provider of choice through more language-specific offerings like Spanish poker”

This contract renewal comes quick on the heels of Crypto’s signing of a new poker room,, earlier in December.
