Ultimate Poker announced on Tuesday that it has signed a deal with professional poker player Antonio Esfandiari, according to the terms of which, Esfandiari will act as its brand ambassador. The online poker company is on the verge of launching a brand new online poker product in Nevada.
Esfandiari, a formidable poker tournament player, has won over $24 million playing poker tournaments alone. He has bagged two World Poker Tour (WPT) championship titles and three World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets, including a unique platinum bracelet in the Big One for One Drop tournament, which formed part of WSOP 2012. Along with the platinum bracelet, Esfandiari won a breathtakingly huge sum of $18.3 million.
Ultimate Poker says that Esfandiari will supply “the voice and weight of a true champion to a brand committed to becoming the players’ choice for online poker.” Tom Breitling, the chairman of Ultimate Poker, said: “We’re thrilled to have Antonio Esfandiari represent our company. Antonio is the ultimate champion and modern poker player. He brings the gaming lifestyle to the online arena with his work hard, play hard attitude.”

According to the company, it acquired CybeArts Licensing LLC, a gambling company, in October 2012, after which it developed Ultimate Poker. The company is all set to launch Ultimate Poker in Nevada late in 2013. Ultimate Poker is not only an online poker product developed jointly by Fertitta Interactive and Station Casinos, but also a partner of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
Commenting on the latest developments, Esfandiari said that it feels great and that he cannot think of any other way to express himself. Stating that it is great to be part of a company licensed in Nevada, he said that he sleeps well at night simply because he is associated with a company that gives the greatest importance to customer satisfaction.
