TonyBet Poker, the newest entrant in Europe’s online poker market recently announced that it is adding more games to its platform for UK players. The games being launched are no-limit Texas hold’em and pot-limit Omaha.

TonyBet Poker was launched by Antanas Guoga, a well known businessman and poker pro from Lithuania. The TonyBet Poker website is currently licensed in Estonia, UK and Denmark. The website which launched in 2013 became known initially known for its rake-free open-face Chinese poker games. The company decided to change its strategy over the past few months and offer a number of other poker variants as it seeks to become a bigger player in the online space by growing its player base and expanding its offerings.

In a statement Warren Lush TonyBet UK representative said, “The launch of Texas hold’em and Omaha for UK players has been in our plans for a while now and we’re glad to finally announce the good news.  However, this is just a small part of what we have prepared for our British players. Along with the new games come a lot of exclusive promotions and special tournaments, not to mention the €100,000 guaranteed Glory Series starting on February 28.”

The website has launched a new campaign, called no balls, no glory, to grow its player base and make it a top destination for recreational players in Europe. As a part of the campaign it has been undertaking a number of initiatives to enhance the fun element in poker.

As one of the measures, TonyBet is increasing the excitement levels for players on its website by offering stunning promotions or prizes like a Las Vegas package, free gifts like an iPhone 6S, in addition to offering thousands of pounds in guaranteed prize pools. The company is looking to add more players everyday and as a result is willing to take on a significant overlay which is tough on the company but helps to add further value to its players.

The website is kicking off its first online tournament series, €100,000 GTD Glory Series, on Feb. 28. The series offers a total prize pool of €100,000 across 24 events spread over a week. Events in the series include Glory Series €200 Main Event and the Glory Series €500 High Roller both of which have a €15,000 guaranteed prize pool.

TonyBet is also allowing players who don’t want to pay the entry fees to enter through satellites via its website. Players can also enter via the €15,000 Grinderz League which is a leaderboard on which free tickets to the poker series can be won by players who come out on top in the various games that are on offer.
