The last stop of the second edition of the RunGoodGear.com Poker Series will be at Missouri’s Downstream Casino from October 1 to October 15 this year. Last March, it was Bernard Lee who beat a field of 334 players and won the main event.

Before arriving at Missouri, the tour will stop at Oklahoma’s Hard Rock Casino. The Oklahoma leg of the event will be held from Sept 3 to Sept 7 and will include a main event with a buy-in of $675 and a guaranteed prize pool worth $100,000. Prominent poker players such as Bernard Lee, Ryan Tepen and Chris Conrad, both winners of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit rings, Amanda Baker, and Huy Nguyen, a native of Oklahoma will take part in the Missouri leg of the event. Nguyen said: “Excited to be representing RunGoodGear at an amazing venue. Great casino, great action, and always a ton of fun.”

RunGoodGear will organize a “Happy Hour Social” with all participating players at 5:00 p.m. on Oct 1. A lucky prize draw will also be held on the event and exciting prizes such as Nee Spa vouchers worth $100 and Red Oak Steakhouse vouchers worth $100 will be distributed among the lucky winners. After this event, the first event of the series, a $125 buy-in RunGoodGear.com Pro Bounty tournament, will be played at 7:00 p.m.

The Main Event with a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000, a buy-in of $675, and two beginning flights will reward the winner with a free seat worth $10,000 to the WSOP Main Event.

The schedule includes events such as the $230 buy-in Six-handed NLH on October 2, two $150 buy-in main event qualifiers at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on October 3, a $150 buy-in NL Hold’em tournament on October 4, and a $125 Second Chance Turbo NLH on October 5. The main event final will be played at 11:00 a.m. on October 5, Sunday.

Participating players can grab rooms at specially discounted rates at the Downstream Casino and Resort throughout the series. While reserving their seats they need to input the bonus code POKER or inform the staff that they will be taking part in the series. Rooms can be obtained for rates ranging from $69 per night to $99 per night. Since rooms are in great demand during the series, those who wish to participate must hurry up.
