Poker Players International (PPI) launched a new poker site earlier this month at PPIPOKER.net and are now looking to promote their new venture by signing brand ambassadors to represent the site in different markets. The company confirmed that it has signed five poker pros to its non-US poker client.
The five poker pros who have currently been signed include Danny Noseworthy, Mike “goLeafsgoEh” Leah and Casey “BigDogpckt5s” Jarzabek who will represent the Canadian market, Helio Neves for Brazil, Darya Krashennikova for Russia and Pedro Oliveira for Portugal.
In a statement, Randy Kasper, founder of the PPI said “We chose players who represent the best and the brightest of the poker world. Moreover, they are upstanding citizens of the community and have dedicated themselves to the furtherance of the game in all respects. We couldn’t be more pleased with our inaugural group of ambassadors”.
PPI is looking to establish a unique identity for its new online poker site as it faces stiff competition for online poker traffic. The company is promoting its online poker website as a place ‘Where Players Rule’ and is looking to introduce new and interesting poker tournaments on a regular basis. The company has confirmed that it will roll out an aggressive schedule with $100,000 in daily tournament guarantees and will look to increase this amount with time.
The company has also put together a robust software that has a number of special features for its players. One of the unique features of the software includes staking which is an innovative platform that was built into the software to allow players to limit their own risk by cutting down the amount of their buy-in and also allowing them to buy a portion of a player’s final outcome. The staking feature allows spectators to participate in the game and players can get their friends and followers involved while playing at the PPI online poker site.
Some of the features include PokerCraft which is PPI’s unique HUD and stats tracker that was developed for cash and tournament players; All-In Insurance which allows players who are in a cash game to buy insurance to safeguard their bankroll; VIP Rooms that allows high stakes players to set their own stakes and games and gain access to concierge service; Rabbit Hunt where players who fold their hand will be able to see how things would have turned out had they gone ahead and played their hand.
