Natural8 is currently running Super MILLION$ Week, a high-roller festival which takes place until March 7, offering a whopping $30 million guarantee, to be awarded across 31 events. Natural8 is the flagship skin of the GGPoker Network (GGPN), and is the largest online poker room in Asia.
Super MILLION$ Main Event Guarantees $10 Million
The festival kicked off on February 28 and will run until March 7, headlined by the $10,300 Main Event which features a massive guarantee of $10 million.
Players who can’t afford the $10,300 actual buy-in may still get in by taking part in phased satellites for as low as $10, which will allow them to secure a free ticket. Those who want a shorter route into winning a Main Event seat can choose to enter the $108 or $1,050 satellites.
The Main Event features a total of four starting days. Day 1a already took place on February 28, with the other three running on March 2, March 6, and March 7. The remaining players will then advance to Day 2 on March 8 and will play down to a champion on Day 3, March 9.
Late registration and unlimited re-entries are allowed in the Main Event.
Super MILLION$ Week is somewhat similar to the High Rollers Week which took place on the GGPN in November 2020, though the latest Main Event comes with a much bigger guarantee, compared with the 2020 edition which offered $5 million in guaranteed prize money. That event drew a total of 581 entries and was ultimately won by Belgian Triple Crown winner Davidi Kitai for $726,839.
Other Key Events
The schedule includes multiple events with seven-figure guarantees. Among them are two Super High Roller events, each having a buy-in of $25,500, and a huge guarantee of $2,500,000. The first one took place on February 28, while the other one is scheduled to run on March 7.
A $1,050 High Rollers Main Event is also set to take place on March 7, where players can win a share of the $1,000,000 guarantee. Also running on the same day is the $525 buy-in Bounty Hunters HR Main Event which also features $1,000,000 in guaranteed prize money.
Events Below $1,000
If the buy-ins in the Main Event and high-roller tournaments above are too big for you, the schedule also includes a number of events with entry fees below $1,000. Among them are eight editions of the Bounty Hunter HR, which cost $525 to enter — two are played as Main Events with a $1 million guarantee (Feb 28 & March 7), while the remaining six will run until Saturday, March 6, each guaranteeing $200,000.
If you the $525 buy-in still doesn’t fit your level, you can go a bit lower with the Super MILLION$ Mini Main Event which requires an entry fee of only $108, but still you’ll be competing for a decent $250,000 in guaranteed prize money.
PLO, PKO & Short Deck Events Also Included
The schedule has plenty of NLHEs, but there are also non-hold’em events being thrown into the mix, alongside special tournaments running daily, guaranteeing up to $500,000.
If you’re not into the traditional formats, you may take a shot at PKO, PLO, and Short Deck events. You have two more PLO events to choose from, including Event #14 ($5,250 buy-in, $250K guarantee), and Event #27 ($5,250 buy-in, $500K guarantee). The biggest-guaranteed PLO event, with a $10,300 buy-in, already took place on February 28, offering $1 million in guaranteed prize money.
Short Deck fans shouldn’t miss Event #20: $10,300 Short Deck which takes place on March 5. The event carries $250,000 in guarantees.
The ongoing Super MILLION$ Week on Natural8 is the biggest High Rollers Week to take place at the online poker site. It is also the first major High Roller festival of 2021 on the GGPN.
