The year may be in its final quarter, but that doesn’t mean the 2022 World Series of Poker is over. The WSOP Europe hasn’t even started.

It will start, though, on October 26 and run its 15 bracelet events the way King’s Casino likes to do it – with guarantees on all of the events. That makes €12M in guarantees for the series that will run through November 16.

And as poker players begin to make their final travel plans and put their bankrolls together, GGPoker opened the gate to its Road to WSOP Europe. It started this week and gives players the chance to win a WSOP Europe Main Event seat worth €10,350 for as little as €25.

GGPoker Launches Online Satellites

On October 10, GGPoker announced – and launched on the same day – satellites for the WSOP Europe Main Event. They are taking place on GGPoker and Natural8, both skins on the GGNetwork that share a player pool.

The Road to WSOP Europe starts its satellite program at the €25 level, though players can also buy in to direct satellites at €250. That Main Event seat is worth €10K, and the Main Event itself is guaranteeing €5M in the prize pool.

(It appears that GGPoker is awarding only the Main Event seat, not broader prize packages, to satellite winners. The terms and conditions note that players are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodations.)

The satellite schedule is on a dedicated GGPoker page, showing multiple opportunities to play satellites every day of the week. Each satellite also posts a guarantee.
