Full Tilt Poker just keeps the World Series of Poker promotions rolling. The newest one is a bit different than the traditional contests to win seats in the Main Event or other WSOP tournaments, though: the Mini Series of Poker (MSOP) is for people who generally have no intention of going to Las Vegas to play in the WSOP.

The Mini Series of Poker is just what it sounds like: a miniaturized version of the World Series of Poker.Full Tilt did not even have to develop a schedule – just look at the WSOP schedule and you’ll know what is going on in the MSOP.Every day at Full Tilt MSOP tournaments will be held that exactly match the WSOP events, except for the buy-in.The Mini Series of Poker gets its name because the buy-ins are just 1/100 of those at the WSOP.See a $1,500 Hold’em event on the WSOP schedule?A $15 Hold’em event will be held at Full Tilt the same day.

Standard tournament payouts will be featured in the MSOP, but as an added bonus, each event winner will be presented with a special Full Tilt watch. And it wouldn’t be a WSOP promotion without some sort of seat at stake: the overall winner of the MSOP leader board at the conclusion of the Series will receive a seat at the 2009 WSOP Main Event.
