The first leg of the PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT), which was held in Barcelona, has drawn to a close, but PokerStars has modified the rest of the EPT schedule.
There is plenty more left of the ninth season of PokerStars EPT before it reaches its grand finale in Monte Carlo, and the online poker room has brought forward dates of the last but one leg of the EPT to enable players to take part in the IPT, which is scheduled to be held in San Remo from April 28 to May 7. Accordingly, the Berlin leg of the EPT will be held in Berlin at Grand Hyatt from April 17 to April 27. This gives players plenty of time to take part in the IPT at San Remo, after which they can directly travel to Monte Carlo for the last EPT leg, which is scheduled to begin on May 6.
Since the Monte Carlo leg of the EPT will draw to a close only on May 15, players will get four full weeks packed with exciting poker events, held at different locations all over Europe.
Besides, PokerStars has made yet another major change to this year’s EPT. The London leg of the EPT will not be held at the London Hilton Metropole as usual; instead, it will be held at Hotel Landmark on Marylebone Road.
PokerStars will host its first VIP Club live poker tournament in London Film Museum for the benefit of those players who need some poker action right away. This event will begin on September 29, which happens to be a Saturday, at 10:00 a.m. and includes a free bar, brunch, and a museum tour. Besides, the Arsenal vs. Chelsea match will be screened at 12:45 p.m. Those who do not care for football can amuse themselves trying to win a package to the UKIPT Main Event as PokerStars is giving away 3 such prize packages.
The above-mentioned event is meant exclusively for VIP poker players at PokerStars. Those who register first will get the tickets first, and those interested can exchange their VPPs for tickets to this event at the PokerStars Store. The number of VPPs required to get tickets to this event depends on players’ VIP status. Therefore, players need to log into their PokerStars accounts and visit the VIP Club page for the finer details of how to grab this opportunity to enjoy a poker holiday in London.
