The event, which will be held from October 2 to October 12, comprises 36 events, some of which will be held under the banner of the United Kingdom Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT).

EPT London began on October 2 with the UKIPT Main Event, which had a buy-in of £1,000 plus a tournament fee of £100. The next major EPT London event will be held on October 4, Friday, and it is going to be the £50,000 buy-in 8-handed super high roller tournament with unlimited re-entries. This event is expected to attract a large number of high-stakes professional poker players from all over the world.

On October 6, Sunday, the Day 1A of the EPT London Main Event, which has a buy-in of £5,000, will begin. EPT officials hope that the player field will be much larger than the player field of the same during the previous season.

Besides, the London leg of the EPT will comprise a large number of side events with buy-ins to suit different types of poker players. These side events will be based on popular poker variants such as Omaha 8/Stud 8, Omaha High/Low, Pot Limit Omaha, and Chinese Poker. Those who are interested in viewing the entire schedule will find it at the official EPT website.

Poker players can also buy-in to any EPT London event through PokerStars, if they have signed up an account at the online poker site. Players can buy-in to these events around two hours in advance using debit or credit cards. PokerStars will also keep players updated on what they must do in order to register for the tournaments and what they must do if they want to take part in a cash game.

Since the registration procedure is a bit complicated, PokerStars has developed informational graphics so that players can save time and determine how exactly they would like to register.

EPT Live, featuring James Hartigan and Joe Stapleton, will cover the action from October 4, the day on which the super high roller event is scheduled to begin. After this, live coverage will be given to each event and will continue till the finals of the EPT London Main Event, which will be held on October 12.

The PokerStars Blog will provide complete coverage of everything related to EPT London.
