It’s the dream of millions of poker players to be sponsored by PokerStars, which is the biggest online poker room in the world. PokerStars is very picky when it comes to who it signs as a brand ambassador as it only wants the best names in the world of poker, sport or movies to represent its brand.
PokerStars has decided to run its Dare 2 Stream Challenge in the fourth quarter of 2021 to give regular poker players and fans of the game a chance to become a PokerStars ambassador for a period of 12 months.

2021 Dare 2 Stream Challenge

PokerStars introduced its Dare 2 Stream Challenge a few years ago and gave out Platinum Pass prizes to the two winners who were Gilles and Richy Rob. They won a Platinum Pass valued at $25,000 and $1,000.
This time around, PokerStars is upping the prizes by signing the winner of the 2021 Dare 2 Stream Challenge to a one year brand ambassador sponsorship deal. The winner will join Team PokerStars which features top streamers such as Lex Veldhuis, Ben Spragg and Fintan Hand.
The Dare 2 Stream Challenge starts on Oct 23 and will conclude on Dec 17. Those who would like to take part in this challenge will have to go to the PokerStars website, click on the Dare 2 Stream Challenge and fill out an application form. The second step is to sign-up at PokerStars Discord server and then head over to Twitch and join the Team DareToStream.
You will then have to stream as much content as you possibly can during the competition dates. Don’t forget to select mature audience before you live stream.

Keys To Winning The Challenge

PokerStars is expecting a strong response to this challenge as it’s not everyday that a regular player gets the chance to be a PokerStars ambassador. The last winner of this challenge, Ghilley said that winning the challenge was a life-changing moment for him even though he is yet to make use of his Platinum Pass.
PokerStars will be on the lookout for Twitch streamers who put out quality content, engage with the poker community and bring something special to the table. There will be a special panel of judges who will then shortlist the top streamers during the competition and pick the winner. The winner will be announced on Dec 17 on the PokerStars Twitch Channel.
In a statement, Scott Goodall, Associate Director of Communities and Partnerships at PokerStars said “Supporting up and coming talent is a key part of our strategy, so we’re excited to launch this competition and celebrate the brilliant talent we have out there on the Twitch streets. We hope to find streamers who have lots of potential, creativity, drive to grow, and who are passionate about poker. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone’s entries and welcoming a new member to the team!”

Special Prizes Being Given Out

While the winner of the challenge gets the best prize, there are also a number of other exciting prizes being given away during the 2021 Dare 2 Stream Challenge. Everyone who enters the challenge and completes a minimum of 10 hours of streaming per week will be given a free ticket the next week. The $55 ticket will get you a seat at the weekly Home Game tournament which has a $5,000 guarantee.
Two players will get selected each week for winning the Clip of the Week. They will get a $109 ticket to the weekly Sunday Million tournaments. Both these promotions will run till the end of the challenge. To find out more, check out the PokerStars website.
