WSOP Academy to Hold Advanced No-Limit Holdem Session

The World Series of Poker Academy announced Wednesday that it will be holding the first advanced no-limit hold’em strategy camp this spring.The session, which will be held April 18-19 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, will go beyond the current fundamental offerings and include lessons in cash game strategy, heads-up strategy, advanced tournament stage strategy, and advanced poker math.
Many poker pros have been lined up to instruct, including, but not limited to, Annie Duke, Howard Lederer, Phil Gordon, Paul Wasicka, Alex Outhred, and Andy Bloch.Joe Navarro, an ex-FBI agent, will also hold a clinic on advanced poker tells.
Attendees will also compete in poker tournaments to try to win one of two seats to the 2008 WSOP Main Event.
The No-Limit Hold’em Advanced Academy costs $1,999 to attend.Space is limited, so organizers recommend registering well in advance at WSOPA.com.
