PartyPoker has introduced a new promotion for the month of April and this one has a Roman motif. From April 1st to April 25th, Party will be running “The Gladiator”, a promotion that rewards players who log hours on the site on an almost daily basis with anywhere from $5 to $1,000.

The Gladiator will offer cash prizes to Party customers who play at least ten days in the month of April and earn at least ten Party Point on each of those days. Players who meet these base level qualifications will receive a $5 reward credited to their PartyPoker account. The amount of money earned increases based on how many points are earned each day. The rewards increase at 20,50,100,200 and 400 points. If players can meet the minimum point requirements per day for 15 or 20 days out of the month, the amount of their prize will increase as well.

Players do not need to opt-in in order to participate and they do not have to play on consecutive days in order to earn points. Since the PartyPoker rewards system was revamped in December the site now awards one PartyPoint for every $1 spent in tournament fees or rake. Points can be earned on real money cash game tables, Sit & Gos and multi-table tournaments. Users can redeem their points for cash bonuses on the site or merchandise from the PartyPoker store.

This promotion comes hot on the heels of March’s Million Dollar Hand promotion, which also rewarded players with a range of cash prizes based on the number of PartyPoints players earned over the course of approximately two weeks. Since the launch of the revamped PartyPoints system, Party has gone out of its way to offer almost constant promotions revolving around the new program.

Players at PartyPoker also have the latest installment of the Monthly Million tournament just around the corner. The $600 + $40 buy-in event will occur in the midst of the Gladiator promotion on Sunday April 5th and has a guaranteed prize pool of $1 million.
