FTOPS VII on the Way

It looks like the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) is becoming a quarterly event.November saw the sixth installment of FTOPS, and pretty soon, FTOPS VII will be upon us.Running February 6-17, 2008, Full Tilt has increased the total guaranteed prize pool again, this time guaranteeing $10 million across twenty tournaments (five more tournaments than last time).The Series culminates with the $500+$35, $2 million guaranteed no-limit Hold’em Main Event.
Aside from some slight event changes, including the addition of Knockout tourneys, everything is basically the same as last time.The bonus prizes (Full Tilt gear and gold avatars) are back, minus the baseball caps, but with the addition of gold jerseys. The Satellite Challenge is back, as well.Also returning to FTOPS after being introduced in FTOPS VI is the "Bouncebackability" Freeroll, which gives those who just missed the money a chance to still win something.The twenty players who miss cashing in an event by one spot will each earn an exclusive entry into the Freeroll.The winner of the Freeroll will receive a free seat into the Main Event of the next FTOPS.
