E-checks Resurrected at PokerStars
By Joe Zusman | September 6, 2007
In a limited trial, PokerStars.com has revived the heavily desired instant e-check deposit and cashout method for American customers. The poker room removed this option back in January, much to the dismay of many players who were already having trouble finding viable funding methods.
E-checks have not been rolled out to everybody yet.To start, PokerStars is inviting only a select number of players to use this method so that it can test everything.Players who do wish to use e-checks will need to have a physical check handy so that they can enter their account information.PokerStars will not wait for deposits to clear and will make them available immediately.
Customers must use e-checks (or have used it in the past) to deposit funds into the PokerStars accounts before using it to withdraw.
