Depends on the player, but with your typical players (who love any Ax and for whom betting/raising usually means something), I might stay in if it's heads up. You need to win this about 25% of the time to stay in, and I don't think you do. Remember, even if it's 'just' a flush draw, you'll lose 1/3 of the time, more if he has an overcard.
So even if he only has an A or a 7 75% of the time, your equity has to be discounted down to 18% or so.
But I'll warn you that I probably do fold a lot of these that I should call down. The only exception is if the guy is known to raise a very high % of flops with air or a draw, and doesn't care that the 3rd player is still in (very LAG).

Read-dependent, as already mentioned. The BB flop call probably makes me utter a curse and drop the hand. One of them has the Ace or draw and it doesn't look good for TT if you just call. What are you going to do against two players if a spade or face card hits on the turn?
Now...if you do call the flop and see that turn, I'm hoping to call down cheap and make a note on what these guys call your PFR with.
btw - if BB folds the flop, I might throw a 3-bet in to see where I'm at.

I fold the flop after the raise. CO is raising into 3 people so its not a pure bluff. Things he could have: A, 7, draw, smaller pocket pair.
Thoughts of the CO assuming he's competent. Hero raised, he either has broadway cards or pair. CO's reaction:
1.) I have an A, but I need to charge flushes to draw. Plus I want to see where I am if Hero will 3-bet.
2.) I have a 7. Hero won't give me credit for a hand and I want to charge flush draws. I raise and hope to cap.
3.) I have a draw. Less likely because: I can raise for a free card, but I will get 3-bet by a better hand plus I'd love to call so as to keep other players in so as to improve my pot odds. Plus the board is paired and I may not be drawing to the nuts.
4.) I have a small pocket pair. I'm going to try to bluff 3 people out of the pot.
