That's ok, the fun only really lasts until you figure out that the game's economy is pretty important and those 3.5 million Chinese folks are working 24 hours a day to flood the market with stuff.
Unless you get in a guild with lots of people that you enjoy. Then the fun lasts until the guild decides to have a real-life get together and you can watch as just about everyone has sex with multiple partners often at the same time then go home to file divorces and, yaknow, everything just kinda falls apart from there.

WOW is flippin' ENORMOUS in China, and growing at light speed. The Chinese gov't is actually considering legislation specifically targeted at WOW, mandating minimum ages, and a slew of other regulations.
There are tons of stories here about the problems related to WOW (and, to a lesser degree, other online games). Kids who spend literally 24 hours a day at the local internet bar (these places have cots set up so that you can take a short nap when needed, without going home). 10 and 12 year old kids who skip a week of school to play WOW. It is, in fact, one of the hottest topics of discussion/debate in China today.

I'd be willing to be that at least half those Chinese accounts are gold farmers just running bots on 10+ computers at a time.
