Anybody? Villain's stats are 35/4.5/3.17 (Edited to match below) thru 90 hands and has been pretty loose aggressive that I have seen.

He sees you making a continuation bet and is trying to push you off the hand with a min raise. I push the rest of my money in the pot so fast they leave (virtual) skid marks on the (virtual) table. By the way, I put him on either AQ or KQ based on the info you shared.

If he has a set more power to him.

Probably the only thing you're realistically worried about is KTd, perhaps ATd. More likely is AQ, AJ IMO. Definitely push.

Based on the "LAG" part I push, but based on the 0.6 AF I'm hesitant.

WTF? Do you have "include preflop stats in total aggression factor" checked? If so, UNCHECK THAT NOW. AF is useful for postflop only.

Pokerroom's hand histories are a little messed up. At the top it says it's a $2/$4 game when it is actually a $1/$2 as seen a little ways down when the blinds are posted. So the the buy-in was $200 and I usually will rebuy up to $200 if I get down to $175 or so.

2 pair or a set are always possibilities. I hate big pairs. I think you have to push this though, like everyone was saying.

of course, these are the hands that beat you, but i asked the above question with the intention of implying that he would not limp after another limper in EP with JJ/QQ.

You could call and see what the turn brings and how he reacts. If the turn is a brick, get the rest in. You also give him a chance to bet the rest with the hands you beat. If it completes a draw, you have a decision.
