If you are going to play AQo against a raiser, you should reraise it for info and to take the lead. Full ring though, against a tight raiser, it should be a fold. It figures to do badly against his range.

AA,KK,QQ = about 1.5%
AK = about 1%
Total = 2.5%
I would assume that the other 2.5% would probably be suited connectors, JJ, AQ, low pairs, blind stealing, etc.
His play looked very strange, I think he has suited connectors here (maybe KQs), but he could also be bluffing.
This is a hand that requires a very very very good read. 5% PFR is NOWHERE near a good enough to be considered a read.
You need to know exactly what he raises with, how much he raises, how he plays his draws, whether or not he bluffs (and how often and when he does it), etc. Without all that this is a fold for me.
