Yes NT I did interpret your post earlier as saying you were going to c/f to a bet on the flop. I believe that's what you advised, and this is where my rebuke earlier comes from.
NL man, I can't just say in general what I will do if called. It depends on the player, on the history and my current feel for the hand. It is NOT my experience that players will never fold. About half of my money comes from forcing people to fold when I am behind. You just have to know which people you can do this to, and more importantly at what time. For example, when a known ABC player first sits at a table it is (usually) a good time to push them around.
Anyway, may all be moot if all the sites go busto. Stupid friggin' Australia and its no casinos (where I live).

What do you mean by "known" here? Their stats in your DB? Or you deduce that they are ABC after watching them play a few hands?
If you use DB - what stats do you look for? And if not - what do you look for in their patterns?

Known as in I have played with them before and specifically recall that they are ABC; I don't like to trust stats without a specific memory of the player. Typical stats vary but VPIP and PFR usually look something like 17-20% and 3-6%.
This just plays on the psychology that people do not want to sit down and then play for their whole stack after a few hands at the table. Later they are much more likely to lose or double their stack.

Haha! My VIP is 19.5%, my PFR is 3-5% (I play full ring only) and USUALLY I won't put my whole stack behind a questionnable hand vrs a player I've never played before. (In my case it depends on a player though, not a table.)
So, I sometimes fall a victim to the hit&run tactics.
But it sounds like an interesting strategy that I may try some time.

By hit&run I mean maniacs who jump from table to table, bully the first raised pot and then leave for another table. I suspect that I've been bullied out of the pot 2-3 times with this tactic. I know that it is different than the one you were talking about.

Is that what it means? I always thought it was leaving immediately after winning a big pot. It annoys me if they insult you before they go, but not as much as ratholers, mofokkers they are.
