Good fold? Villain is 30/1/.6 over 228 hands... but river AF is 2
I told him NH after folding and after a minute he said meekly, "it was a bluff." I really don't believe him, he had to know that I had a flush and most any flush would call his nut flush. He's certainly not raising the turn with the nut flush being that he's so passive.
Anyway, it was a nice little lesson in reverse implied odds for me if nothing else. I don't normally limp with 64s from the CO, I might raise it if on the button and feeling frisky. Now I remember why.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
Button ($3.14)
SB ($7.98)
BB ($12.61)
UTG ($15.34)
MP ($5.88)
Hero ($5.56)
Preflop: Hero is CO with 6
, 4
.
UTG calls $0.05, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.05, Button calls $0.05, SB completes, BB checks.
Flop: ($0.25) K
, 9
, 2
(5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks, Button checks.
Turn: ($0.25) 3
(5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $0.16, Button raises to $0.32, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls $0.32, Hero calls $0.16 (too weak?).
River: ($1.21) 8
(3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.76 (too weak?), Button folds, UTG raises to $8.7, Hero's face contorts in confusion. Hero folds.
Final Pot: $10.67

He does have 3x buyin stack. I would assume that this is how he made that: pushing it all-in on the river and getting called (which I would assume makes a lot of sense for those limits). There is no way to make this much just by bluffing. $0.05NL table is the worst table to pull bluffs like this one. He said it was a bluff to get more calls in the future.

fuck that shit, I call this one! You limped with one of my favorite small connectors and got what you needed, now you have to cash in on it.
Anyhow, like Cav says, I'd bet the flop and follow through on the turn. Anyhow, I'd reraise on the turn, you don't want another heart to drop.

OK, I know I suck at cash, but I call this pretty much 100% of the time. Why would you fold when you hit?

I folded because the only times I've seen him put money into a pot (meaning bet or raise, not call) is when he had the nuts.
For instance (villain is BB):
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
CO ($5.22)
Button ($7.56)
SB ($12.79)
BB ($10.27)
UTG ($5.78)
Hero ($6.40)
Preflop: Hero is MP with 2
, K
.
2 folds, CO calls $0.05, 1 fold, SB completes, BB checks.
Flop: ($0.15) 5
, 6
, A
(3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, CO checks.
Turn: ($0.15) 3
(3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, CO bets $0.05, SB folds, BB calls $0.05.
River: ($0.25) 5
(2 players)
BB bets $10.17 (All-In), CO calls $5.12 (All-In).
Final Pot: $15.54
Results:
BB has 3h 5d (full house, fives full of threes).
CO has Ah 4s (two pair, aces and fives).
Outcome: BB wins $15.54.
I see other times he did this in PT but wasn't called. I hadn't looked through his history before I posted this, now I am sure it was a good fold.
Lucky bastard.

The read is only one hand. Besides, if he had a flush he had it on the turn, I reraise the turn so I can fold to a shove, instead of putting myself in that position on the river.
But as played you have to call, I think, just because this is NL5. He could just as easily be representing a flush.

Yes, bet the flop. All those check. I'd pot it.
You have to be great at postflop play to be screwing about with small one gapped suited holdings. I will only do it when I feel comfortable at a table.
The river. Think, what could he be pushing? What is your image? What is he trying to do here?
I think you are ahead, and I call. He might think it's not a bluff if he slowplayed a set or two pair. Limped pot means he could have anything he likes the look of on the river.

I would normally agree but this is NL5, so you will be called with a lot of garbage. I would advise against this, only because of the limit, and you still need to push through 4 others.

If they all call, that's a good situation. More likely to be paid if/when we hit.
