MLB can kiss my ass. I used to respect their anti-gambling stance, even if it was misguided. Now that they've got lobbyists explaining how wagering money on fantasy leagues is not gambling, while wagering on the real league is gambling I'm classing them as whacknuts.

Well, that and their lost court case in which they asserted that player names and stats were subject to copyright.

Just remember, wagering in which a sports league has no vested interest threatens the integrity of the game. Wagering in which the league gets a $3.2 million license fee is a harmless pastime which encourages fan involvement and enhances their enjoyment of the game.
