I reckon you're beat and are drawing pretty thin.
Best case scenario is that he's got two pairs, and in that case you probably have 17 outs (3 fours, 2 eights, 3 tens, and all diamonds).
Worst case you have no outs, if he's got A6 of diamonds.
You're probably somewhere in the middle, drawing to ~8 outs.
If you figure you are never ahead, you can't call this, and the SB has made incredibly strong bets, so I think that's pretty close.
This is an unfortunate fold.
