Super Bowl FCC Complaints

Link to story on Smoking Gun about complaints to the FCC about th Super Bowl...and it includes the actual letters and emails of complaints. Most are about Prince and the half time show, and the Snickers commercial.
I can't figure out if this is sad or funny:
Another purportedly offended viewer was concerned that the halftime show would have an unfortunate lasting effect on his son, who "hoped to be a quarterback and now he will turn out gay...Thanks CBS for turning my son GAY."

I know a guy that watched CBS once and he is gay so its probably true.
