I had at least 18 some outs, and I knew all he had was a pair. Surprised it was top pair but still. I counted 4 8's, 4 K's, 7 Diamonds, 3 queens,
and on the turn I got 3 more outs from the three's.

I would probably make this call as well. All your outs are most likely good and taking almost half his stack would seriously limit his ability to bully the table and give you a nice shot at first.

How do you figure 3 new outs on the turn...I only count the 3 of hearts and the 3 of clubs.
