How would you play this hand? VPIP is 40% and average pot is 7BB.
I have Q♥J♣ on BB. Only button takes the flop T♦9♦6♦ with me. I check, he bets, I call.
Turn is 7♠. He bets again.

I suppose that the position you have mentioned is the one only preflop. Frequent raising with good cards in TA games is profitable, right?
I aggree with the free card raising on flop.
I had another strategy. I checkraised the turn. The river card was 3♥.
What now?

I played $1/2 10seat.
So I checked on the river. He did the same and took the pot with A♦4♥ high. He had the busted draw.
Would I bet the river I could take the pot.
