starting chip stack difference

I started my online poker playing at PP about 8 months ago. For the past 5 or so months I have been at Absolute Poker and have been doing pretty well. I recently put 100 back into PP as it seems like alot of the forum members play there. The problem I am runnig into is on the 10 SnG tournaments. on Absolute, we play 9 handed and start out with 1500 chips. On PP its 10 handed and 800 starting chips. It just seems like I see two flops with hands like QKs and half of my stack is gone. Does anyone else have the same problems. I guess I got too used to playing with more starting chips. I dont consider myself a loose player but if I get JJ raise it 200 or so early in the tourney and get a terrible flop, were already looking at a quarter of my stack.
What should I look to be doing with fewer starting chips? I am thinking just tightening up even more early on but any suggestions other than that?

You might want to consider reading the SNG strategy presented on this website. There are a bunch of SNG hand histories you can view on the replayer that will show you the way as well.

Well, for starters ... a raise of 200 early in the tournament with JJ is completely out of order. Most people consider 3BB + 1BB per caller to be a standard raise, and perhaps slightly less in a many-way pot. By raising to 200 you are generally (granted there are donkeys) only going to get calls from premium hands that either totally destroy you (AA, KK, QQ) or hands that are going to be a coin flip (AK, AQ).
