Sites with slower blind raises?

Anyone know any sites that have slower blind raises for low stakes tournaments? The slowest I can find on PS is 15 minutes.

PokerStars has deepstacked tournaments with 30 min blind levels and 5000 chip starting stacks. Those usually take 10-12 hours to complete though.

Even the ones on PP take ages. I was 2.5 hours into the 20k gtd and finished 78th (for ~$50)...that's a whole shitload of time.
