Yes I think a raise on the river is the correct play. He bet 600 at over 8k, that bet tells me that he wants you to just call so he can see he's beat for cheap. Not many hands beat you but 33, kk, AA or a deuce. You can narrow his holdings down because most wont play 33 to 700 pre KK and AA would usually not just cal pre and a deuce should be out of the question. It loked like a pair for his boat but nothing that would beat you. Of course you don't want to lose a lot of chips if your wrong but I mean..

I haven't seen the result. I'm inclined to raise the river. That river bet looks like complete weakness to me. If he's a bonafide donkey, and it looks like he is from the stats, I could see him calling that turn raise with an underpp, or a weak K/x. He never slows down from betting, and no attempt to checkraise, so I can't see him with any kind of vulnerable hand or monster. I can't believe he'd put that kind of bet up if he was value betting or bluffing, so it may be that he just wants to see a cheap showdown?? The best I'd give him would be a lesser full house, which would probably explain the preflop limp.
My advice: Raise River to 1/3 to 1/2 the pot size. I'd say a high probability of a split, but otherwise you're getting paid off.
