Tight Poker

I downloaded the utility, and when I click on the index.html, I get a table and red x's showing as opossed to card backs. If I run from the web version, I have one hole card showing, and one red X in place of the other card. I play almost exclusively MTT's, so I am pasting the hand history stored from my hard drive.
I play on Party Poker. Is there a way to make this great utility work? Am I doing something incorrect? Thanks in advance. Input would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, I am using an IE skin, although the platform is IE

If you want the short answers, here they are:

-The hard drive HH's don't work with the current replayer
-A new replayer (which will support HD HH's) will be out soon
