I'm thinking this is a fold here. The strength of Ax suited is its nut flush potential. You have top pair with a low kicker, and the flop doesn't give you any real opportunity to improve. You can only beat Bobcorn if he's bluffing/semi bluffing.
Bobcorn's checkraise indicates that he could be strong, and I like your reraise to find out if he's really strong or if he's bluffing. Bobcorn's all-in over the top of you would be enough for me to fold. I acknowledge he could be putting a play on you, but I don't know if you want to put all your chips at risk to find out.
If this is a call you would consider making, I would also have considered the idea of pushing right after Bobcorn's initial checkraise. If all your chips are going into the middle, at least you'd put him to a decision as opposed to Bobcorn putting you to one. It's easier to go all in than to call all in.

Fold. The check-raise is a bad one for you. You reraise to represent the ace, but then you get raised back. You're definitely behind here and can save the 700+ as the binds are still low, so you have time to recover.

I thought I'd share my thought-process to add to the discussion.
I check and he bets - at this point I put him on any pair, straight draw or flush draw. When he min-reraises my c/r I narrow his range down to A9-A3 (AT-AK would've raised preflop) and JT,QJ,KJ. I don't think he is trying to milk me with a set or 2 pair because the board is so draw heavy and he is pricing me in if I have a flush draw.
It feels to me like he has a marginal hand and is asking me, "Do you have me beat?" Earlier, he min-raised Velar's c-bet with middle pair. This adds to my read that he is just trying to gain information and doesn't have a monster. So I went all in, thinking if I told him he was beat he would fold and even if he called I would have outs.
