Ultimate Bet: Is it really the ultimate site?

I just read through the Bonus hunting guide and have read quite a few posts. I realize that this is a site where Party Poker and Poker Stars are highlighted, but I would like to get some experienced player's opinions of the Ultimate Bet site. There just doesn't seem to be many people talking up this site. They do offer a good Bonus, and their interface is great, with varying backgrounds and with you always sitting in the center.
However, the players there seem to be more savvy at the micro-limits of .05/.10 and .25/.50 than I expected (setting traps, playing only good starting hands, folding more, not getting sucked in, etc). Don't get me wrong, there are some newbies, but the idea of "no fold'em hold'em" doesn't seem to apply to most of the micro-limit ring games I've been in (with some exceptions of course).
People talk about 5-6 people seeing the flop regularly at these loose low-limit games. At Ultimate, it is often just 3 to 4, with lots of folding after the flop. I don't get it when the stakes are 5 cents and 10 cents (unless there are more people like me that have been studying the game but have absolutely no bankroll to speak of . . .)
Is this different at Party Poker? I want to stay at Ultimate Bet, but I don't want the competition to be stiff at the lower levels. Where is the fishiest place to play? Should I jump around? I am going to try the Bonus Hunting which will obviously expose me to more rooms.
So, if any of you all are experienced with the differences of these sites, please comment. It seems to me that the most heavily advertised sites on TV will have the most beginning poker players trying them. But, which site(s) do the beginner micro-limit players play at usually ($1 and lower).
Thanks in advance (this got much longer than I expected!)

Ultimate Bet, keeps you informed via email the best of any site.
I don't care for the "pop-up" windows that other sites use, since at that time, I am just trying to log on. I much prefer to get the information of the promotions at:
a. The main screen, so that I can come back to once I have checked the tournament times.
b. Or by email. Which I prefer, then I log on, LOOKING for that specific tourney.......
ALSO .. I do prefer sitting "at the head" of the table view that UB offers.

Only because my brother begged me to play there. Threw $100 at it and got 100% bonus. Played full table NL cash for an hour or so and only cleared $3. Didn't see anything out of the ordinary (from Party or PokerStars) but I was playing .1-.25 blinds so pretty low level anyway.
At the urging of my bro I jumped into a 10 handed Sit'n'go $22. HOLY COW! Since my sampling is so small I'll just say that I can't refute (sp? merv?) my brother's claims.
He thinks these are the softest Sit'n'gos online especially fri, sat night. I watched 4 people donk all thier chips off ala Party's early days and took down 1st pretty easily.
I'll update again once I've played more but so far so good.
