FAQ: TightPoker.com Exclusive Freeroll Information

Hello forum members,
TightPoker.com will often hold freerolls available to the public forum members and also the T&A (Tight and Aggressive) Club, which is a closed forum to veteran members of the forum.
Our regular freeroll tournaments will be posted in this forum, where you may play in the tournaments for free simply by having joined the forum. These will be posted occasionally, about one a month and are here to thank for you registering and participating on the forum.
Our exclusive T&A tournaments are invite only tournaments and given out to members of the forum that are actively helping and participating in the forums. So entry into this club is an added bonus, as our way of thanking those members who are taking time out of their busy lives to help others on the forum as well.
The reason the freerolls have been designed this way, is to reward everyone appropriately for their role in making the forum a better place. As the site admin, I genuinely appreciate all the forum members in helping build a community here - and especially those who have taken an interest in helping out their fellow players.
So, if you wish to be part of the exclusive freeroll club, simply be an asset on the forum and eventually you will get noticed and invited to forum special events.
Good luck at the tables guys!

Due to the large amount of traffic that the freerolls generate, I feel that I must make a second post regarding proper etiquette during freerolls. I do not like being strict, but there are only a limited amount of moderators running this board out of their own time and dedication - so please listen carefully and closely:
1) Please read everything that has been posted by the moderators regarding the tournaments and freerolls before asking questions. If you ask a question that has already been answered, you will not get a reply since that is just clogging up the forum.
2) Do not ask for freeroll passwords! This is the fastest way to attract the wrath of the moderators. Passwords are given out on a merit basis at Tight Poker, as the freerolls are designed to reward new members who are looking to contribute to the forum. New members who are only looking to leech either off of, or just leech the work of the work of others, we will not deal with kindly.
3) Do not PM moderators or members if you do not get a reply! During freeroll days, the mods are innundated with requests for information or passwords and other such things. It takes time for us to get back to you and often we cannot do so in a timely manner. If you have a legitimate question, you may ask us, but if you didn't receive a password for a tournament, then just wait for the next time.
4) Post using proper English. Most of us on the forum are not grammar nazis. However, we do appreciate it when you put out the effort to at least make your post readible and understandable for the rest of us. There comes a point where casual discussion simply becomes disrespectful when you don't put out the effort to watch what you post.
5) Do post in the other sections and contribute to the forums! The purpose of the freerolls are to build a community by linking the TightPoker.com site in with the forum, so new members who are looking to improve their game or meet new people - you are all welcome to stay.
So, please take the above to heart and we hope you will enjoy your stay here as a regular.
