Things I would do differently:
Raise the flop
Check the turn when the club and overcard hits
Check/call or check/fold the river depending on how much he bets

He's in the BB, so he's in no matter what.
I would also raise the flop and maybe check call, maybe c/f the turn.

I am not sure if this is a joke or not:
60 in the pot, 120 bet, 1405 effective stacks, so you're betting 1345 to win 180 chips with top pair moderate kicker and a gutshot. That's bad poker.
I would raise the flop, considering this is a blind battle and you've flopped top pair.
The turn is an easy check, there's no reason whatsoever to bet. Your hand is moderate but you have a monster draw. You have a chance to win the pot for free if you miss and check down on the river, but more importantly you have a chance to make a (virtual) lock hand.
