1/2: I play AA bad

But I have an excuse! My boss walked in on me while I was playing this hand.
So suddenly I was just looking to end the hand quickly.
But if I didn't play it like ass, what's the best line? I think: call the flop raise to induce a turn bet, raise his turn bet (or bet if checked to), raise river. The problem with this line is I lose more money to a 7. But is it better in the long run when I'm ahead?

The fact that he didn't cap the flop is a strong sign that he 'doesn't' have a 7. Same is true of the turn. 8 handed, UTG's range doesn't include many hands that include a seven. I reckon he probably has AT or KT.
As for the best line, just calling flop might get him to bet the turn, but it might not, as well. You might win one extra small bet this way: (bet/raise/call turn check/bet/call river), but you might lose a bet as well: (check/bet/call turn check/bet/call river). On the other hand, even though you 3bet flop, he might still bet the turn. I think this is pretty neutral either way, and I would probably raise without thinking. You could be right about just calling.
Bet the turn.
Once the turn gets checked then he is value betting his top pair on the river, so raise him there too.
I'd really be shocked if he has a seven here, and if he's got a boat he lost a lot of value.
