B&M 3/6
Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is MP2 with Qc 9 c
UTG (Spewy lagtard)limps, 2 callers (Both Loose Passive). Hero calls. Rest fold which is odd because most pots were usually 7 handed or so.
Flop: 6d 6s 9s
BB checks, UTG bets, 2 folds. BB is getting ready to muck his hand so Hero calls with the intention of raising the turn? Good/bad?
Turn: (4.75BB) 5h (2 players)
UTG checks. Hero bets. UTG raises. Hero ???
Additional thoughts on UTG: He has been snapped off a couple times tonight when stabbing at ragged boards. Several times he has raised turn/river and folded to 3/bet. Though generally I would say he's closer to a thinking player than not. He value bets well.
I'm at a loss whether to fold, call, or 3-bet as I can see arguments for all.

I don't see any argument for folding.
Q9s is a loose call with that seat.
Raise the flop, it's limit, don't think too hard, especially with read. You're not getting BB's overcall.
I would call the turn, and call the river, give him one more chance to bluff at you, and save some bets if you're behind.

Personally, I'd fold preflop....but I'm weak/tight like that.
I'd probably check/call it down, depending on the river.

I might fold too, perhaps he's holding 87 and bet the draw on the flop. The only limit I play now is where I'm staked at 20/40. I wouldn't play this hand at all, but most of the guys would take this to showdown.

I wouldn't fold there. He may have you, but just calling 2 more bets isn't bad.. If it's like the 3/6 or 4/8 at tunica or even at stars, he probably have A5 or something to that effect..
