Big raise from casketmaker looks a little odd. Its either something huge like big pocket pair, or something that's kind of afraid like AQ, AJ, KQ, etc. I'm going to lean towards something like QQ-99 since you have an A and K in your hand already. I'm less than thrilled if called. However, you do have some fold equity versus 99 and TT and there is 250 chips out there. I'm undecided.

If you know he'll call with JT, its the easiest push ever.

Well, obviously it was a good idea, but I don't think I'd have done it myself. It's early and you've got a nice stack, I think I'd play it like a wuss and call then go broke if I flop a pair. This moron aside, I don't think you can get called by a worse hand if you do push. In theory the huge initial raise should be enough to cut off anyone behind you with junk, so all raising does is give him a chance to splash around again.

I had KK called 3 times today by AQ A6 and AT. A JJ called by JQ. And an AK called by T8s

The problem I see is not with the initial raiser, but the stacks behind you. I don't like risking your whole stack there on AK in that spot. If there isn't anyone behind you or maybe 1 person, it's OK. If I'm in late position instead of where you are, I definitely come over the top here as you did. In MP, I may just grit my teeth and fold. There is still plenty of time in the tourney, and you have a lot of chips to work with.
