Not unless you're sure he'll fold. After the turn, you had $320 invested, so your stack is around $1600. Since your turn bet was $200, I think your river bet would have to be at least $300 to be believable, or about 20% of your remaining stack. Blinds are only 15 and 30; I think you could find a better place to commit chips than on this hand.

That depends what hand you put him on. Vs an unknown, I don't think I can continue on the river here. If you have him pegged as someone who can be on the draw however, even a lowly bet on the river could be worthwhile if he has nothing but a busted draw.
However, if he has bottom, mid or pocket pair, you may need to toss a bigger amount of chips to get him out.

This is something I learned from MJ, putting your opponent on a hand and having the conviction to stick with it, in this case I'll fire one more time at the river.

How do you decide when its worth while to play low connectors like 3,4 or 6,7. Should you only do it when suited?

It's all feel baby. When I feel like taking some risks, I'll do it, but PP's idea is definitely a smart one though.
I guess if you're gonna take a risk at least go with a sooted hand.
