Anyone hate this line? I hated it when I did it, but I actually like it now.

I'm not crazy about it. It's pretty early in the tournament to invest that many chips i a hand where you are likely behind. I raise less pre-flop, fire off a small continuation bet on the flop and ditch it without a second thought when someone bets or calls.
There are not to many hands you are really beating here. What did he show?

raise to 100 preflop or limp behind. How are you going to make any kind of c-bet when you raise that much of your stack? I don't like the check on the flop because you are going to hate seeing a King or Queen come up on the turn. But since you raised so much preflop a c-bet would be half your stack so i might just give it up at that point.

I don't like it cuz you never gave your opponents a chance to release their hands. I understand the flop check because it is very possible that at least 1 of your opponents has an Ace. I would have raised the turn, giving capecod a chance to fold. If he smoothcalls or raises, I would be sure that I am beat, and easily release my hand, for the same amount of money that it cost to check call the turn and river.

As others have said, the largish bet pre-flop committed you the rest of the way. I would probably fire off a smaller bet and then come back with a C-Bet on the flop. Represent A-K or A-Q. If your opponent is on a PP himself, he will give it up with the Aces represented.
I would put your opponent on a medium pair, probably 99 or 1010. He did not reraise your first bet and he probably would have if he had QQ, KK, or AA. Your check on the flop made him think you did not have the Ace and his PP was still good and he led out, but he seems leary and not willing to push it hard.

I like the big preflop bet. I would bet on the flop, maybe 4-5xBB seeing that they both checked l would take that as weakness and try to represent the A. Any resistance, I'd cut it loose.
Given the way it did play out, I put him on a low pp .. perhaps he just thinks his 7's good?
