I know Poker Stars has 6 person 5 card draw cash games. Any place else have them (open to the USA)? -Thanks.

Not that I know of. The only places with decent traffic to spread it were Boss Media and Ongame casinos, and they've closed US faces across the board. Pacific also had it, but you won't find anyone else using their software. Here's a relatively old article, and something more up to date. Together they probably indicate Stars is your best bet.
I've found it isn't always wise to go out of your way for uncommon games. Poker.com has draw, but I doubt anybody plays it. I had a similar "accident" when I joined nine planning to blow through a bonus playing Chinese Poker. They had popular games, but that wasn't one of them.

Thank you for the links!
It looks like Stars is the best place to pursue this.

After some research, and a lot of help from you guys (thanks again), it looks like PokerStars is the only sensible place, in the United States, to play 5-Card Draw Cash Games:
PokerStars: Good traffic. Good games. USA 5CD Score: 8
Poker.com: Very little traffic. Jokers in deck. USA 5CD Score: 3
PlanetPoker: Little to no traffic. Nothing going when I looked. USA 5CD Score: 2
