Oh btw, it was home grown and I paid nothing for it... I lived with my roommate at the time and his family owned a x-mas tree farm and we grew it ourselves... It was great stuff!! Damn, I really miss smoking the herb!!!

Trying to work on my car with shoddy internet instructions. In attempting to switch out a pulley, I managed to bend three steel rods trying to get it off, before breaking a chunk out of actual pulley itself with a pulley claw + tire iron. In that process, I actually dented my wheelwell panelling with my chin, as I was putting so much torque on the iron apparently that when the pulley broke, I literally spun off the ground and whacked the car.
Use up 8 hours vacation.
That broken pulley claw was followed by another pulley puller that broke similarly. That was followed by drilling holes in said pulley and putting a harmonic puller on pulley. That was followed by three more bent steel rods and a broken harmonic pulley. Following this, came a blow torch, giant mallet and about 523915220258 swings, shortly followed by small undercar compartment fire and loads of black smoke.
Use up 8 hours vaction, again.
Tow to the shop. Wait.
Use up another 8 hours of vacation.
Get car back + bill. Never talk about said car experience again.

I dunno about dumbest ever but most memorable 2 were:
1 - touching an electric fence on a cow farm, that was a bit of a shock
2 - plugging in a hard drive while the computer was powered on
can you say POW! It didn't work too well after that

When I ran a backyard computer business, I once did a similar thing. Resoldering some connections in a big old CRT gave me a jolt which took me a few feet and made my heart feel like it was gunna bust. I had only unplugged it seconds before (we are impestuous when young) but the capacitor was f'd so it discharged at me.

getting arrested when I was 14 for stealing toilet paper pretty much tops the list
Getting super drunk at a pistons playoff game and getting HOSED by my "date" and going on a rampage, a close 2nd.
Tied for the bronze metal would be tripping over a flowerpot on newyears eve 2 yrs ago and catching my fall with my face. I was unconcious for about 5-10 seconds and my girl and I hurredly rushed to my car and drove away, so NONE OF MY FRIENDS OR ANYONE THERE EVER SAW IT LOLOL... until we all got to the afterparty and my face looked like jaba da hut. On my birthday same year fucking up my rotator cuff while running and tripping with a 6 pack of beer in my hand (saved some beers, not worth it). My right arm was cut from my wrist to my elbow in a few places from me sliding across the broken bottles. My shoulder is still fucked but I can live with it until i have the $$$ for surgery. And last but not least, the time my stepbrother poored a fuckload of gasoline on our little backyard fire while I was in the front yard, and I was standing too close and got 2nd degree burns all over my right arm and lost the hair on the front half of my head.
