I've just deleted one response because I'm not now that sure that it matters how the money goes in. Cutting to the chase, there must be a flaw in one part of the hand if you now think that calling all in is worse than pushing yourself, right?
If you raised the flop and planned to fold to a push, that's fine. So assuming he calls, and you raised with the intention of shoving the turn, it must be because you thought you had the best hand on the flop, if he only called you. So who, and with what, calls a raise and then shoves a better hand with a huge pot and the aggressor to act after? It doesn't make any sense does it? Unless he is a donk flop leader, and does the same thing on the turn, still believing his money is going in good with AJ. In which case you clearly want to call and not fold.
There is just no point to a hand that beats you only calling the flop raise and then leading the turn, as it gives you a street to improve for no extra cost incurred, but still shuts worse hands out before you have a chance to act. It screams neither bluff nor big hand imo, just wtf? Which can only mean I am calling because he must be a donk.

I'm betting this turn most of the time. If i didn't bet the turn, I would call the river.
you've shown a lot of weakness in this hand. i think very few strong hands make much sense at all for villain. i think his line of thinking was to try and take it away on the flop hoping the ace scared you. he gave up on the turn, but since you checked behind he fired the river. this may occasionally be the line of a monster, but i think you're ahead over 33% of the time.

I haven´t seen this guy play, but the sets, 2-pairs, etc who lead into you do not usually (well, more like never, actually) play like this on the turn. They keep betting more and more each round with a likely all-in on the river.
This play looks like an ace who wanted to bet the flop to see where he is instead of just calling your c-bet. I do not think AK would play it like this either. AK who bet into you on the flop would most likely bet the turn as well. So, I am calling this. Sounds like you´ve lost $68 here.
