Tell me this is a hand someone else played that you are reposting?
Your hand sucks and your position sucks. Why play a raised pot with a bad hand out of position against an UTG raiser? Are you trying to make a stand against your villain or something?
Why not do it when you have position and a hand that you can play?
EDIT: As played you're fucked.

Sadly no. It's all me.
This hand illustrates one of my big problems when playing tourneys, IMO. I can't seem to lay off my aggressive play against opponents that will put me in difficult decisions for all my chips.
This guy was limping and min-raising all over the place. I guess I just got impatient and wanted to teach him a lesson. As you so nicely pointed out, it got me good and well fucked.

Sorry I was a little unnecessarily harsh. No hard feelings?

Not at all! Hopefully, being called a dink in front of the entire forum can make me think twice in the next tourney.
Since I managed to totally bungle the hand, what would you suggest, given the info on villain and our situation. Call and play the flop?
QJs just seems too good to toss away in the SB against a min-raise from a known lag.

I'd probably just call the minraise and play from there. c/f flop obv.
As played.... :puke:

Yeah, I think you only have 2 options left (Both suck).. You can push and pray he folds, or just give it up....

1) The pot is so large here, I might just push, get called by KQo, and start another tournament! (If there's any chance that he might be calling with AJo because he has so many chips and doesn't believe you have a K, that is.) My reasoning is that you're pretty short and the blinds start to really take off from here. Unfortunately, his calls are pretty scary looking.
2) Calling fp is ok, but folding is maybe better. M=17 isn't really enough for splashing around, plus the antes come soon and will drop your M down to 10 or so. You're not in terrible shape yet. You don't need to teach the big stack a lesson or anything.

I would just fold PF if it is against someone who is willing to fold a hand than you can raise. This flop is terrible for a c-bet also IMO, I'd just c/f and continue on stealing blinds and what not.
