Noble's Support

Wasn't sure where to put this, but since I was bonus hunting in a way, I'll put it here. Joined up with Noble for the freeroll, but didn't deposit any money right away. I got an email a couple days after that saying if I make a deposit, I would get an instant $20. OK, why not? So I deposited $100. From what others were saying, I really had no plans on finishing their 100% match on first deposit because of the awful players and it takes a while (I don't have much time to spend on poker). But I figure I'd take the $20, play some .50/1 limit, and if I lose $20, I'm outie.
Well, I lost $18ish the first night. Play was horrible. I don't want to go back. But my $20 instant bonus is not there. I wait 24 hours. Still no bonus. I email support. They responded quickly (points for that) and said, yes, I was right, and my account has been credited the $20. I just have to play 20 raked hands. Well, I played 64 raked hands already. If the bonus was supposed to be instant, I should already have the $20. I email them back, saying all this, because I know I'm going to yank my $ and never return. They write back (again, quickly) saying yes, I'm right. The $20 has been credited to my account and I can do what I want.
So, I pull $100 out of my account, leaving me with $1.25. I plan on playing .01/.02 NL until it's gone or I build a bankroll. I get an email saying my withdraw is under review and it takes all withdraws 24-48 hours. OK, whatever. I didn't need the money badly. But then I get another email from support saying my withdraw has been denied because it included bonus money that was not yet earned and when I play 20 raked hands, I'll get my bonus money.
WTF?? I got the ok from support before I withdrew because of this very reason. So, I emailed them back today. Great. Just got the email back while I was writing this. They denied my request because I haven't played the 20 raked hands. That's bullshit. If they would have credited my account in the first place, like they should have, this would have never happened. Sorry, Noble. Once this is straightened out, I'm done with you guys and your 1,000 online players and your 1 table of .50/1 limit because you don't have enough people to support more than one open table.
And how come everytime I open an email from Noble, Outlook asks me if I want to install Traditional Chinese language so I can properly display some characters?

They offered me $10 when I signed up, and after playing microlimits for a few mins and discovering I hate their software, I wanted to cash out. It wouldn't let me because of the uncleared bonus money in there, but I used the live chat option and said "screw the bonus, let me get my money out" and they hooked me up.

Think it's worth having a look?
It's worth it if you stay on top of things. I should have deposited and made sure the bonus was there before I started playing. I shouldn't have to do that, but that's what I should have done (if that makes sense). Oh, and make sure you ask about requirements of the 'bonus' as the email to me just said to "simply make your first deposit, and we will credit your account with the extra $20" (direct copy and paste from their email). NO mention of this 20 extra raked hand shit UNTIL I made the deposit. Then they're like "oh, yeah...you have to play 20 raked hands".
I sent another email back basically claiming bullshit but they're holding tight. Fuck it. They're so few people playing there you would think they would bend over backwards to please one of the few customers they have. I just sent another email basically saying just that. I'll play the 20 stupid raked hands, hope to God I don't get constantly sucked out on (which was the problem the 1st time I played), withdraw whatever is left, and never look back. As it is with many things in life, this is just my experience. Stay on top of things and you should be fine. More and more, as I try out other sites, I think I'm just going to stay with Poker Stars.

I played e-mail tag with Noble support for two days trying to straighten out the same thing.
Basically, I received my $20 First Time Deposit Bonus. Then I cleared 1000 crowns (500 crowns/$10). After not getting my $10 + $10 in bonus, I got into with the e-mail thing. They finally straightened it out and I got my money the next day.
I hear you about the players being bad, I mean they're really bad. I hope things turn around for you.
What's your name on Noble again?

FBT99.
I went thru another round or 2 of emails today and they just don't get it. I made my deposit on 12/13 and played 64 raked hands. No bonus, so I notified support 12/14 and they added the bonus. That's the whole problem. All they see is the bonus added on the 14th, not the fact that I made my deposit 12/13. Their 'instant' bonus SHOULD have been added the 13th before I even played a hand.
Anyway, I did just complete the 20 'extra' raked hands and managed to win $14 (.50/1 limit) in an hour. Now, of course, I want to go back!! It was funny as I was playing not to lose...even folding JJ to a bet when most likely, I could have won. I was pretty upset when I got dealt the 2 jacks because I was looking to play as little as possible! And not raising AK in MP because I didn't want to lose (I ended up winning a nice pot on that one). But all I was thinking about was getting out of there without losing so I can pull out my complete 1st deposit and call everything even. So, maybe I should play like that there all the time!
Ah, hell. Who am I kidding? I'll probably pull out the original deposit and see if I can roll the other $15 into something.

I don't know who remembers my post a while back when the GF gave the advice that I should play every hand because poker is all luck. She peeled off another gem today. In explaining my problem w/Noble, I said I want to play there because most of the players stink...I just have to wait them out and take advantage. She asks if that's what I really wanted to do...take advantage of weak players. ::sigh:: Her point being, if I want to get better, I should play against stronger competition. Eh, I love her anyway.
