Just confirming that these were indeed good folds.
Or were these plays a bit on the weak side?

First hand is good.
Second hand is a minraise. Has he been doing it often? You've been playing with him for several hands now, have you noted when he has done it and how he played afterwards? What holdings or what range did you put him on?
Folding is fine in a vaccuum, but at this blind level you are NOT in a vaccuum.

Well his PFR was only at 3.7% after about 28 hands. So he has only raised once before. I checked the history and he raised 3X BB from EP.
His range is too tight for me to call a standard 3X BB raise with A10. However, the min-raise really confused me. Didn't know what to make of it.

Unfortunately that's not really the relevant information, with a miniraise you are going to have to recall if he has ever miniraised in any hand at any time...a good thing to note. If he hasn't then it's a clear fold.
