some more live hands

Since I cashed out from online and i'm basically playing live I'll post hands as I remember them.
Read my other post. Same LAG guy and I tangle later in the night.
MP raises to 12. he calls and I've switched seats so now i'm behind him and I call on the button with A7s.
flop comes JJ7. They both check and I bet 25. first guy folds and villian min raises to 50.
what's my play?

i think you are good.
i am not sure what the right play is. call is good because you are in position.

I'm not sure what the stakes and stack sizes are but, if it's 200 NL I'd fold, but if it's 400 I might reraise to about 130-150 to see if he really has this Jack, and you may also fold out a better hand and prevent yourself from getting drawn in, especially if you hit another 7 or an Ace on the turn. You may find that harder to get away from. Don't play for your stack here, but it's cool to test him one more time.

I mucked it. I had 950 and he had 600+ so I didn't want to get to far in to find out he had a Jack.
He could possibly have 99, TT, or 66 down as well. I like the fact that he thought he could min raise push me off my hand for future encounters. Nothing like the same scenario happening holding 77.
could have gone either way though.

My thoughts exactly! Especially the part of letting him think that he can push you off your hand.
