Tough river decision.

Another hand from my session this afternoon. Different table to the last one, about the second orbit. Villain is one of the usual morons that calls raises with any big cards and any connectors as well probably. Stacks are just 100 each, as I've recently sat down.
I have AQ, folded to me and I raise to 4, called by button, me and him to the flop.
Flop is QT9 2 of a suit, can't remember what. I fire 8 into 9 pot, he calls.
Turn is a brick, no flush draws made QT9x, I fire 16 into 24 pot, he calls.
River is another brick, QT9xx, pot is about 55 and I have 70 behind, villain is about the same size, my move? For the record I don't much like my hand anymore.

Why don't you like your hand? He can be calling with Q-crap. The only thing I'd be worried about is a 2-pair, but f**k this - just what is a chance of a him hiting it? If he had something better - he'd already reraise you by now.
If I was nervous, I'd check since there is nothing to draw for anymore and then call his bluff, but most likely he'll just check back to you and show his JQ.

Nlman you allowed to say Fuck here.
I'm thinking he has K/J and he's gonna push on the river.

He had outflopped me with KJo for the nuts. I just hate these spots as I don't know whether to bet and fold to a raise and save a third of a stack, or to check/call any bet and pick off a bluff. I think the latter will be my new line. Probably more profitable in the long run despite paying off bigger hands occasionally given how much I have been trying this out lately. They just love to bluff at any scary board and think that they God's gift to bluffing.

I agree, many weak players think that bluffing is a critical element of the game. They bluff much more than they should mathematically. They also pick bad places to bluff. That's not an easy board to bluff, but they can't see that.
Check call has much better value because you can always snap off bluffs while there is a chance you might get bluff-raised if you bet, costing you 1 bet but with no chance of catching bluffs.
